What we collect

Only what you type into the quote or booking form — your name, contact details, vehicle details and anything you write in the notes. This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

How it reaches us

The forms on this site do not store anything on a server. When you submit, your details are composed into a message and handed to WhatsApp (or your email client) for you to review and send. That means the message travels through WhatsApp's service and is subject to their privacy terms, and we only receive it once you press send.

What we do with it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, quote the work and arrange a booking. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where it's necessary to carry out work you've asked for.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages and job records are kept for as long as we need them to support work we've done for you and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email solo@autowerks.co.za and we'll deal with it.
